Who were Lucretia (Senter) Weeks Parents? Lucretia (Senter) Weeks parents are alleged to be David Senter and Susan Chamberlain. However, as of 21 March 2026, there are no publicly available records to support this parentage. There are numerous online trees with this connection, but none of them have any documented sources (primary or secondary). Additionally, many of those same unsourced trees have Lucretia's place of birth as Peacham, Vermont. This is not possible if David Senter was in fact her father, based on his known land holdings. Also, the 1850, 1860 and 1870 censuses all list her place of birth as New Hampshire. Lucretia was born 23 February 1779 in New Hampshire, likely either Moultonborough, New Hampton or Senter Harbor. Much less likely, though still a possibility, is Plymouth because David is not known to have owned land there until 1781. She married William Dyer Weeks on 3 November 1799 in Danville, Caledonia County, Vermont. David Senter is known to have purchased land in Danville on 17 April 1794 as was established in the town thereafter. Lucretia died on 7 December 1871 in Westfield, Tioga County, Pennsylvania).
